Homemade Yogurt

Prepare fresh milk, plain yogurt, white sugar and yogurt machine. All utensils used should be disinfected with boiling water.

First pour 30 grams of white sugar into a bowl, then add milk and sugar and stir to melt, and finally add yogurt and milk and mix well. Put a proper amount of warm water in the yogurt machine, and finally put the bowl into the yogurt machine for fermentation for 10 hours.

After 10 hours of fermentation, the milk changes from liquid to emulsion yogurt, and the yogurt smells fragrant after opening the lid.

Put the fermented yogurt in the refrigerator for 12 hours to passivate, the yogurt taste and texture are better.
Tips:
1. The yogurt utensils should be soaked and disinfected with boiling water so that they do not contain other bacteria.
2. When the yogurt is fermented, put a proper amount of warm water in the yogurt machine.
3. The sourness can be stronger if the fermentation time is long.
