Homemade Yogurt (simmered Pot Version)

Preparation materials: fresh milk, Chuanxiu yogurt powder from the refrigerator in advance.

Wash the pot first, boil it in clean water for 1 minute, put a pair of chopsticks into it, and cover it for complete disinfection. After that, pour the water.

Pour the milk into the braising pot, place it on the induction cooker, and heat it up to about 35 degrees (if there is no thermometer, drop a little bit on your hands if there is no warm feeling, you can turn off the heat).
