Fried Cassava

Prepare a tapioca.

Clean and cut into sections.

When cooking, put it in a pot and steam it (you can also boil it in water).

After the steamed cassava is peeled and cut into small pieces, the raw green onions are cut into chopped green onions, and some garlic diced.

Tips:
1. This kind of cassava is a new variety. It can be eaten directly without water after being cooked. There is another one that needs to be soaked in water several times after being boiled, otherwise it is easy to be poisoned.
1. The cassava does not need to be boiled too badly, just cook until it can be inserted gently with chopsticks.
