Honey Bean Coconut Milk Sago Jelly

Add water to boil in the stainless steel pot, pour small sago

Cook for 5-8 minutes until the small sago is translucent, then remove the cold water

Boil in the pot again for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat and cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Pick up small sago and set aside

Put coconut milk, milk, isinglass powder and appropriate amount of sugar in a deep container and stir evenly. Put them in a microwave oven and heat them on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add or subtract time depending on your situation.
