Add hot water to glutinous rice flour

Knead into a soft and hard dough

Divide the dough into 7 portions

Tips:
1. When starting to knead the glutinous rice dough and add water, do not add it all at once, leave a little out in advance, and add it when it is not enough;
2. The kneaded dough needs to be covered when not in use to prevent the surface from drying out and crusting;
3. The prepared dumplings are not too big. After they are boiled in the pot until they float, they can be cooked for a while, and the soup will become muddy after cooking for a long time.
