Honey Bean Mochi Buns

Put the eggs in a bowl and add corn oil

Add water

Add caster sugar

Use an electric whisk for about 20 seconds

Sift the ready-mixed powder

Mix with an electric whisk for 1-2 minutes

Use a spatula to mix it into a soft dough

Put on disposable gloves and grease the dough, divide the dough into 20 grams each, squash the skin, and put in about 5 grams of honey red beans

Close your mouth and round it up

Put it on the non-stick bakeware that comes with Dongling K40C oven, don’t worry too much about the roundness

Put it in the lower part of the preheated 170 degree oven and bake for about 21 minutes

When baking, you can see the mochi buns slowly swell up
