Honey Chicken Wing Root
1.
Wash the chicken wings and make small cuts.
2.
Pour in one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of honey, one-third spoon of salt, appropriate amount of marinade, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight.
3.
Turn the marinated chicken wing roots well again, and brush the surface with a layer of honey.
4.
Put the chicken wings on the grill, middle level, 200 degrees, 20 minutes. Place a baking tray on the lower layer, and spread a piece of tin foil to catch the dripping oil on it.
5.
Use a toothpick to pierce it. If it’s easy to pierce it through, it means it’s familiar.
