Honey Chili Oil

Put chili flakes, chili powder, white sesame seeds, and salt in a bowl.

Add a spoonful of high liquor.

Add a spoonful of cooking oil.

Stir well.

Add cooking oil to the pot.

Add scallions, onions, carrots, ginger slices, and coriander at 60% of the oil temperature to fry to light yellow. Add pepper, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves.
