Garlic Two-color Cauliflower in Cast Iron Pot

Stir-fry garlic slices in a pan over medium heat

Add cauliflower and broccoli, then add appropriate amount of white wine and seasoning

After all the ingredients and seasonings are added, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes at minimum heat.
Tips:
1. This dish is best to use fatty pork belly to make. The pork belly will force out some fat oil during the frying process, and the cauliflower will fully absorb the meat oil.
2. It is not advisable to add extra water during cooking.
3. According to personal taste, you can also increase the amount of chili to adjust.
