Honey Grilled Barbecued Pork
1.
Wash the pork tenderloin to remove the white film on the surface and set aside
2.
Add one tablespoon each of dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, one tablespoon each of cooking wine, bean paste, honey, and one teaspoon each of sugar, pepper, and salt.
3.
Add green onion and ginger slices and mix evenly
4.
Seal the lid of the safety bowl and put it in the refrigerator. The longer the time, the more delicious it will become. Pay attention to turning the meat down in the middle to make it even more delicious. Mine has been marinated for two days and it is very tasty.
5.
The baking pan is covered with tin foil to catch the oil, which is easy to clean, and the baking net is evenly coated with oil with a brush.
6.
Because pork tenderloin is lean meat, when roasting, brush all sides with oil to avoid bad taste of roasted meat.
7.
In the oven at 210 degrees, the middle layer, bake for 15 minutes, then take it out and turn it over. At the same time, apply the oil evenly and bake for another 15 minutes.
8.
After 15 minutes, take out the skin and brush it with honey again, and continue to bake for 5 minutes. Serve.
