Tips:

2. When pouring the hawthorn sauce into the mold, the pouring and scraping actions must be completed in one step to make it more smooth and beautiful.
3. The amount of sugar for making jam can be added as you like. White sugar, rock sugar, maltose can be added, or one or three of them can be used together.
4. Hawthorn cake is suitable for all ages. Those with excessive gastric acid secretion should not eat it on an empty stomach. Others are not restricted.
