Honey Octopus

Prepare the ingredients, remove the internal organs of the hairtail, remove the head, wash and cut into sections

Add a little salt, pepper, salt, and cooking wine to the octopus and marinate for about 20 minutes

When time is up, evenly dip both sides of the hairtail with starch and set aside

Add half a bowl of water, salt, 1/3 tablespoon of starch, rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey to the bowl and stir well, then add 1/2 tablespoon of braised soy sauce

Add 1 tablespoon of premium soy sauce and mix well

Add oil to the pot and heat to 70% hot, add the octopus section and fry until golden on both sides

Remove and drain the oil for later use

Tips:
The special grade soy sauce is used to enhance the flavour of the octopus, and the braised soy sauce is used to color the octopus
