Honey Orange Tea
1.
Prepare rock sugar and honey
2.
Wash the oranges
3.
Rub off the fruit wax on the orange peel with fine salt, soak in warm water for a few minutes, and wash off.
4.
Prepare a paring knife and peel off the orange peel thinly, with as few white parts as possible.
5.
Shred the orange zest, the thinner the better.
6.
Rub the orange peel repeatedly with salt and rinse with water. Repeat the same several times.
7.
Then put it in salt water for four or five hours or put it in the refrigerator overnight, during which the water can be changed many times.
8.
Peel off the pulp of the orange
9.
Put the orange zest in a pot of salt water and blanch it twice. After repeated tossing like this, the bitterness and astringency of the orange peel will be greatly reduced.
10.
Put the orange zest and rock sugar in the pot, add water, and boil.
11.
Cook until the orange peel is shiny
12.
Add the orange pulp and continue cooking.
13.
You can start the pot when it is boiled until it is sticky.
14.
Put it in a basin and let it cool, then add honey.
15.
Put it into a water-free and oil-free vial (I put it in the honey bottle that is almost used up), close the lid and put it in the refrigerator. Eat as you go.
Tips:
Drink warm water, but don’t eat too much
