Honey Red Beans

Soak 150 grams each of red kidney beans and red beans in water overnight.

Wash the beans, add 300 grams of water and a piece of orange peel.

Use a pressure cooker to cook twice, press for 12 minutes for the first time, after decompression, add 100 grams of sugar, stir evenly, and press for another 10 minutes.

The cooked beans are honey-made in the refrigerator for two days before use.
Tips:
Be sure not to put too much water, and pressurize it twice, so that it can be cooked thoroughly without breaking the shell.
