Honey Red Beans

Wash the red adzuki beans and soak in water for one night

Stir in the soaked beans with appropriate amount of sugar, add water to the pressure cooker to steam, the water should be 3-5mm below the beans (the beans should not be too thick, put two layers at most, I added two layers of beans in the pot, and put them in a steaming rack. Plate, the best water to add is the water used to soak the beans, so that the color of the red beans can be preserved at most

Choose the bean stall of the pressure cooker. The beans will be fine when the time is up. If you are using a traditional pressure cooker, steaming for 20 minutes should be almost the same.

After the beans are steamed, drain the excess water, mix in the honey while it is hot, and cool it in the refrigerator.

It’s best to eat it a few hours after mixing in the honey to allow the red beans to absorb the fragrance of the honey
