Honey Small Wing Hammer

First prepare the thawed chicken wings roots

Cut a circle at the root of the chicken wing and cut off

Push down the chicken wings

Mix light soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, mirin, sweet pepper powder, and tomato sauce, mix well

Coat chicken wings with marinade
