Honey Walnut Tart

Put the caster sugar and honey in a small pot

Boiled milk

Boil on low heat until saccharification and caramel color, then remove from heat

Pour the boiled milk, stir and mix evenly; add butter

After the butter is completely melted, add the walnuts. After cooling, it will become the filling; if it is too thin, you can heat it for a few minutes on low heat

Tart skin part: After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and stir well

Add egg mixture in portions, mix well, sift in high-gluten flour and knead into a dough

Let stand and relax for 20 minutes

Roll out into thin slices, put it in the mold, remove the extra corners, press firmly on the sides and bottom, use a toothpick or fork to make a small hole at the bottom

1. Walnuts can also be replaced with other nuts, such as pistachios, pecans, etc.;
2. There is no high flour, other flours can be used.
