Horseshoe can be used as a fruit or a vegetable. It is a very good seasonal ingredient. Use it to make a classic snack --- Horseshoe cake. The method and ingredients are very simple. Mix with horseshoe powder, crushed horseshoes and sugar water. It can be steamed. The steamed horseshoe cake is translucent, sweet and refreshing, and has the effect of clearing heat and eliminating food.

1. Wash the horseshoes, peel off the skin, pat lightly with a knife, and cut into small pieces

2. Pour the horseshoe powder into a large bowl, add 300 grams of water, and stir evenly into a raw powder slurry

3. Pour the cut horseshoe into the raw powder paste and mix well

4. Put old rock sugar in the pot and add the remaining 300 grams of water

5. Boil on high heat until the sugar melts and turns into sugar water. When the sugar water is fully boiling, add a tablespoon of cornstarch slurry
