Horseshoe Fried Rice

Ingredients: horseshoe, bacon and rice.

Wash the bacon, cut into pieces; wash the horseshoe, peel and cut into pieces.

Heat the pan and add the bacon.

Stir fry until the bacon is oily.
5.
Pour in the right amount of olive oil.

Add the diced horseshoe and stir well.
7.
Add the rice and stir well.
8.
Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir well, and then turn off the heat.

Add the right amount of green onion, stir well, and then serve.
10.
Put it in a bowl, and enjoy it after serving.
