Horseshoe Longan and Tremella Soup

Tremella soaked in cold water

Longan dry clean and soak in cold water

Wash horseshoes

Pour the soaked dried longan into the rice cooker together with the water used to soak the dried longan

Tear the soaked white fungus into small flowers into the rice cooker

Add appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker, close the lid, and turn on the electric cooker

Horseshoe peeled

After 30 minutes, put the sliced horseshoe into the rice cooker.

After 10 minutes, add rock sugar and continue to cook

Mix lotus root powder with appropriate amount of water to make a paste

Tips:
When the dried longan is put into the pot, it is put into the pot together with the water soaking the dried longan.
Soak the dried longan in advance to make it more thorough. Use fresh longan without soaking.
