This is a healthy and delicious dessert. It is composed of horseshoe, longan and white fungus. The three ingredients are all very good ingredients. The desserts that are cooked have nourishing lungs, clearing heat, relieving cough, nourishing yin and dryness, nourishing brain and nourishing intelligence, nourishing blood and calming nerves, nourishing qi and spleen, improving immunity, nourishing skin care, and delaying aging. Replenishing qi, clearing the intestines, sleeping well and invigorating the stomach. Very suitable for summer consumption.

Ingredients

1. Tremella soaked in cold water

5. Tear the soaked white fungus into small flowers into the rice cooker

6. Add appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker, close the lid, and turn on the electric cooker

8. After 30 minutes, put the sliced horseshoe into the rice cooker.

Tips:

When the dried longan is put into the pot, it is put into the pot together with the water soaking the dried longan.
Soak the dried longan in advance to make it more thorough. Use fresh longan without soaking.
