Horseshoe Longan and Tremella Soup

Soak the white fungus in cold water.

Dry dried longan and soak in cold water.
3.
Wash the horseshoes.
4.
Pour the soaked dried longan into the rice cooker together with the water used to soak the dried longan.
5.
Tear the soaked white fungus into small flowers and put it in a rice cooker.
6.
Add appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker, close the lid, and turn on the electric cooker.
7.
Peel the horseshoe.
8.
After 30 minutes, put the sliced horseshoe into the rice cooker.
9.
After 10 minutes, add rock sugar and continue cooking.
10.
Mix lotus root powder with appropriate amount of water to make a paste.
11.
Stir the lotus root paste into the rice cooker.
12.
The ingredients are cooked and the thick soup can be served without power.
Tips:
1. Put the dried longan into the pot together with the water used to soak the dried longan.
2. Soak the dried longan in advance to make it more thorough. Use fresh longan without soaking.
