Horseshoe Sydney Syrup
1.
Horseshoes are washed and peeled, and can be cut into small pieces or whole pieces
2.
Wash the Sydney pear, remove the pits, and cut into large pieces with the skin
3.
Wash the jujube, twist it to reveal the flesh
4.
Dry the hawthorn and put it in a tea bag (the dried hawthorn is not necessary, add some sourness, the finished product tastes better, and it has the effect of digesting fat)
5.
Put the horseshoe, Sydney, jujube and dried hawthorn together in the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat, keep a moderate boil, and cook for about 20 minutes
6.
Add rock sugar and continue to cook until the rock sugar melts
7.
Add the washed goji berries, boil again until boiling, then turn off the heat
8.
Put it into a container, drink the soup and eat the pulp
