Hot and Sour Cabbage

Shred the cabbage, wash and drain.

Heat the frying pan, add the chopped pepper and stir fry until fragrant.
3.
Pour in shredded cabbage and stir fry.
4.
Add chicken essence, seasoning and stir-fry evenly (because chopped pepper is saltier, I didn't add salt, it depends on personal taste).
5.
Turn off the heat, pour in white vinegar and stir-fry evenly before serving.
