Hot and Sour Cabbage

Wash all the ingredients and cut them for later use

Heat oil in a hot pan, add garlic slices and chili to fry until fragrant. The heat is a bit big and the chilies are a little bit burnt.

Add the cabbage and stir fry, wait for it to soften slightly, add salt and soy sauce

Put some vinegar at the end and put the green garlic sprouts in before out of the pot.

Tips:
Tear the cabbage by hand, don’t cut it with a knife, it will be easier to taste
