Hot and Sour Casserole Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, mince coriander and garlic, if you don’t like bean paste, you can replace it with Lao Gan Ma.

Pour a little oil into the casserole and heat it over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic.

Add two spoons of bean paste, or adjust the amount according to the speed at which you eat spicy.

Stir-fry the bean paste and add appropriate amount of water to a boil over high heat.

After the water is boiled, add the sweet potato flour, add a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, stir well and cook on medium heat. Cook for about five minutes until the vermicelli can be cut off with chopsticks. Adjust the softness and hardness of the fans.
