Hot and Sour Chinese Cabbage

Wash and cut Chinese cabbage for later use;

Chilli and ginger spare;
3.
Heat the oil pan, put ginger and chili down to explode the aroma;
4.
Then put the Chinese cabbage down and stir fry quickly;
5.
When the cabbage is almost cooked, add salt and vinegar and stir fry for a while
6.
Add chicken essence and stir fry all out.
