Hot and Sour Noodles

Pork is best to choose a little fat, chopped; the noodles are soaked in hot water or boiled first; for a more balanced nutrition, I added a thousand pieces and shredded them; chopped green onion and ginger, and washed the vegetables.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork and stir fry to get the oil, then put the bean paste and fry the red oil

Then add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant, then add oyster sauce and stir

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, add salt to taste at the same time, add some sugar and cook

Put a thousand sheets of silk and cook for a few minutes

Then add green vegetables and vermicelli and cook for a while

Add white pepper powder and rice vinegar to a large bowl, first scoop two spoonfuls of soup, then add a thousand sheets, vermicelli and green vegetables in, add some oily pepper, sprinkle a handful of coriander and chopped chives, mix well and eat
