Hot and Sour Noodles

Cut the yuba into sections, tear the mushrooms into small pieces, wash the lettuce, and chop the green onion and ginger.

Boil the mushrooms, wash and control water.

Cook noodles with lettuce.

Add oil in a hot pan, minced ginger, allspice powder, and stir-fry hot dogs over low heat.

Stir fry with yuba, shiitake mushrooms and other side dishes.

Under the bone soup.

When the soup is cooking, put two tablespoons of light soy sauce in a large bowl, three tablespoons of vinegar, one tablespoon of chili oil, and chopped chives.
8.
Pick up the side dishes and soup, put the sauce bowl, coriander, and you're ready to eat.
Tips:
The side dishes are arbitrary, what you want to eat, put more vinegar if you like.
