Hot and Sour Noodles

Soak the sweet potato flour in boiling water for about 15 minutes.

Wash the bean sprouts and set aside.

Wash green onions and parsley and chop finely.

Boil water in a pot, add the soaked sweet potato flour and cook until it can be easily picked off with chopsticks.

Use light soy sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, salt, vinegar and chili oil to make a good sauce.

Boil the bean sprouts until they are broken.

Put the bean sprouts on the powder, then add coriander shallots, fried capers, and fried peanuts, drizzle with soup, and serve delicious.
Tips:
1. It is better if there is bone broth or chicken broth.
2. If you don't like bean sprouts, you can leave it alone.
3. Capers and chili oil can be bought in supermarkets.
4. The amount of various ingredients can be adjusted according to your preferences.
5. I like to eat green vegetables so I add a little.
