Hot and Sour Noodles

Dried soybeans are fried in hot fry first, and set aside

Wash the sweet potato flour and set aside;

Prepare various seasonings: 15ml of chili oil, 15ml of vinegar, 15ml of light soy sauce, 5ml of sesame oil, 3g of white sugar, 2g of salt, 2g of pepper powder, 20g of crispy soybeans, 5g of chopped coriander, 10g of sauerkraut;

Take a large bowl, add chili oil, sesame oil, pepper powder, vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and set aside;

Boil water in a pot, add sweet potato vermicelli and cook for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat;

Pour the boiled vermicelli together with the water in the pot into the seasoning bowl;

Sprinkle with chopped sauerkraut, chopped coriander and crispy soybeans on old altar, mix well and serve!
