Hot and Sour Oily Skin

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Shred the oily skin and cut the parsley into small pieces.

Put salt, chicken powder and light soy sauce in a small bowl.

Pour white vinegar, add chili oil, sesame oil, and stir well. (If you don’t like it spicy, you can leave out the chili oil)

Pour the coriander into the oil skin.

Pour in the adjusted juice.

Stir evenly to taste and then serve on the plate.
