Hot Fat Intestine

Pig intestines cannot be bought raw, so they have to be cooked.

Blanch the large intestine for one minute.

Cut dried chili and green onion into sections, slice ginger and garlic,

Cut the green chili into pieces with a hob,
5.
Saute the scallions, ginger, garlic with a tablespoon of oil,
6.
Stir fry a spoonful of bean paste with red oil,
7.
Pour the blanched large intestine,
8.
Sprinkle dried chili and sugar to make fresh,
9.
Pour in the green onion and green pepper, stir-fry and serve.
Tips:
The cooked large intestine itself is salty, so there is no need to add additional salt.
