Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

1. Alkaline water noodles are ready, if fresh noodles are available in the vegetable market, it is better.

2. Dice garlic, white onion.

3. Tahini ready

4. Two spoons of sesame paste add cold water to dissolve

5. In another bowl, take two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of dark soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, and stir to melt.

6. Boil the water and open it into the pot on the surface of the alkali water

7. Cook until it can be broken into a bowl with chopsticks, rinse twice with warm water, drain the water with a sieve, put it in a bowl, add sesame oil and mix well to prevent noodles from clumping.

Tips:

It is better to buy fresh soda noodles, if not available, use other dried noodles instead.
