Hot Pot Powder

Soak the wide dry vermicelli in water for an hour. Crush garlic, cut green onion into small pieces, cut rutabaga into small pieces, and cut coriander into small pieces;

Put the hot pot bottom in the condiment bowl, heat it in the microwave for one minute, or steam it over water to let it melt;

Add minced garlic, chopped green onion, vinegar, minced pepper and salt in the seasoning bowl;

Boil water in a pot, add the vermicelli, and cook for a few minutes; transfer it to a seasoning bowl, sprinkle with rutabaga particles, crispy soybeans and ground coriander, and start eating.
