1. The chicken broth is tuned and ready
2. Stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms
3. All the ingredients are ready
4. Wide noodles torn open by hand
5. Boil a pot of water
6. Put the noodles in and boil until transparent
7. Put the cooked noodles in the soup bowl and place the side dishes on top
The side dishes can be replaced with other types of your favorite. The noodles must be cooked until tender.
