Hot Pot Powder/single Hot Pot

Soak the vermicelli in warm water, and copy the bean sprouts with boiling water in advance.

Give this hot pot bottom material a close-up, 1/4 will do. (Recommend a brand, Qiqi brand) There is no advertisement, because it is really delicious, I don’t want to eat anything else after eating this hot pot base~

Prepare all the ingredients and add whatever you like. I personally recommend adding bean sprouts and duck blood to add points. I used sweet potato flour. You can substitute other potato flour for corn flour!

Put water in the pot, add 1/4 of the hot pot bottom material after boiling, (Note: I added the broth, for details on cooking tips)

After the hot pot base is boiled, add green onions and taste if it feels weak, add a little salt.

Put the ingredients into the pot in the order of difficulty first, then easy. Put the not well cooked first and cook for a while, and then put the well cooked.

Tips:
The broth method: one spare rib, wash it-put it in the pot-add cold water, a little pepper, 2 bay leaves, and 4 star anise. Just boil it directly, if the soup is boiled, add some water to it, the ribs can be cooked and the stock is ready! Friends who don’t want to make soup can just add water to the hot pot base!
Reminder: Although it is delicious, don't eat too often~ because be careful to get angry~
