How to Make Donkey-hide Gelatin Cake

A box of authentic Dong Ejiao

Ingredients: walnut, wolfberry, sesame, red date

Pour out half a bottle of Huadiao wine, soak the donkey-hide gelatin powder for 24 hours to let the wine penetrate

Then pour in the remaining Huadiao wine to melt the rock sugar, then pour the soaked gelatin, sesame, wolfberry, red date, walnut

Stir-fry until the water dries and become sticky

All the ingredients can be increased or decreased according to your needs or likes. It does not have to be according to what I wrote. I made it last year and put longan raisins.
