How to Wrap Cordless Rice Dumplings

Wash the glutinous rice and adzuki beans and drain them without soaking. Wash the zong leaves with hot water, and it is best to freeze them overnight in the refrigerator.

A zongzi needle is provided for easy packing of zongzi.

Take two or three zong leaves to form a triangular cone without holes at the bottom. Add half of the red bean glutinous rice, poke the glutinous rice lightly with your fingers to make it firm, then add a candied date, and continue to fill the glutinous rice.

After wrapping the main body, go to another piece of zongye, enclose it from the bottom, go up and wrap it up, use a zongzi needle to pass through the end of the zongye, pull gently to ensure firmness.
