Red Bean Dumplings

Prepare zongzi leaves

Soak the zong leaves for 2 hours, then boil for 30 minutes, then soak the cooked leaves in cold water

Soak glutinous rice with water. It can be soaked overnight for about 12 hours.

Soak red beans in water. About 12 hours

Drain the soaked glutinous rice and red beans and mix together

Tips:
1. Be careful not to leak rice when making rice dumplings!
2. You can also use egg yolk as the filling for the zongzi, or wrap meat zongzi, as you like, but the red bean and glutinous rice zongzi can be put into the pot in cold water, and the meat dumpling is best boiled in the pot!
