Steamed pork with rice flour is a traditional delicacy widely popular in southern China. It is a Hubei snack. The delicious steamed meat can be steamed together with different ingredients. Today, eggplant is used. First, add salt to the eggplant. The steamed gravy is then fused to make the taste more delicious.

Hubei Steamed Pork

1. Wash the eggplant and pork leg

2. Prepare steamed meat powder, sweet noodle sauce and chopped green onion

3. Cut the pork into even thin slices, add the cooking wine, sweet noodle sauce and steamed meat powder, and mix well. Cut the eggplant into sections and add salt, mix well, and let stand for 30 minutes each

4. First add the eggplant to the bottom of the pot

5. Then add the pork slices evenly

6. Steam in a hot pot on cold water for 20 minutes and sprinkle with chopped green onion

Tips:

1. The thickness of the pork slices should be cut evenly
2. Different brands of steamed meat powder are also different in saltiness, so you can adjust them when you add them.
