Ice Cream
                            
                                1.
                                Add 100 grams of sugar to 4 egg yolks.

                                Stir with chopsticks.

                                Stir to make white.

                                Pour two bags of pure milk into the pot and boil.

                                Pour a small amount of boiled milk into the egg yolk several times.

                                Bring to a boil in the pan, cool thoroughly, put in a container, and freeze in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

                                This is frozen ice cream.
