Ice Cream

Add 100 grams of sugar to 4 egg yolks.

Stir with chopsticks.
3.
Stir to make white.
4.
Pour two bags of pure milk into the pot and boil.
5.
Pour a small amount of boiled milk into the egg yolk several times.
6.
Bring to a boil in the pan, cool thoroughly, put in a container, and freeze in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
7.
This is frozen ice cream.
8.
Sprinkle with cranberries to decorate the finish.
