Ice Flower Wonton

Heat the oil and place the wontons in a frying pan.

Dip the noodle sauce: noodles: water 1:10. When the bottom of the wonton is set, pour it in the circle around the side of the pot.

Simmer in a medium and small pot with a lid.
4.
When the water dries, the bottom of the noodle sauce is ready.
5.
Gently shovel out of the plate, shovel away when eating. Drizzle with vinaigrette of minced garlic.
