Pan-fried Wonton

Frozen wontons are taken out of the freezer!

Clean waterless pot, pan! Pour in corn oil, shake the oil evenly at the bottom of the pot, and turn on a medium-to-small heat.

After the oil is warm, drain into the wontons. Shake the pan from time to time, bring the wontons in the pan, and fry them slowly.

Fry until the bottom turns slightly yellow!

Pour in water and finish the bottom of the wonton. Half a cup of water. Turn to medium fire!

Cover and simmer for about five minutes. Turn the heat to low and continue simmering at three minutes, during which time you can shake the pot once or twice.

When the water in the pot is boiled until it is dry, the wontons are also cooked!

Sprinkle in sesame seeds, continue to fry for a while on low heat, and then it will be out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Non-stick pan, must be non-stick pan, the bottom of the wonton is golden yellow, and the color is attractive! 2. Slowly fry on low heat, be sure to fry well! 3. Like chopped green onion, you can sprinkle chopped green onion before serving!
