Ice Powder
1.
Pour the quicklime powder into 200g of cool boiled boil, stir evenly, and place the precipitate to separate. (When you buy ice powder seeds, the merchant will give you quicklime.)
2.
Put the ice powder seeds in a filter gauze bag and rinse them with clean water first.
3.
Tighten the gauze bag containing the ice powder seeds, put it in 1150 grams of cold boiled water, and knead it with both hands for about 6-7 minutes, until the ice powder seeds are gum. (When kneading, the strength is moderate, and the ice powder seeds should be submerged in the water during the period. This will produce fewer ice powder bubbles.)
4.
The kneaded ice powder slurry is poured into a fine sieve and filtered.
5.
Take the precipitated lime water, pour the upper clear water into the ice powder slurry and stir evenly, stir until the ice powder slurry is semi-solidified, then put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until it is completely solidified.
6.
Scoop a scoop of ice powder in a small bowl and mash it with a spoon.
7.
Rinse the brown sugar with warm water, cool it down, and pour it into ice powder.
8.
Sprinkle a little dried osmanthus, mix well, add some ice cubes, it is delicious, you can also add some nuts, dried fruits and other ingredients when eating. It's cold, and it's so cool to take a bite, it's perfect for summer!

TIPS
1 If there is no ice powder seeds, you can also use ice powder to make directly. If you want to make the ice powder more qualitative, you can reduce the amount of water, but don't reduce the amount of quicklime water.
2 It is recommended to use cool white to make it, the solidification effect will be better than that of barreled pure water. The above ingredients can make about 6 small bowls of ice powder.
