Iced Latte
1.
Make preparations first. Coffee beans, full-fat iced milk, ice cubes, sugar (optional)
2.
Fill the water tank with water first, and do not exceed the highest or lowest water level. It is recommended to use pure water mineral water. This water tank has a large capacity of 1.5 liters, which can store enough water at one time, and there is no need to repeatedly add water when making multiple cups of coffee.
3.
Grind the coffee beans into a powder, and grind the espresso powder finely. After digging with a measuring spoon, place it in the filter.
4.
Squeeze the coffee vertically downward with the other end of the measuring spoon, not too tightly. Do not exceed the maximum scale of the filter.
5.
Install and lock the filter in the direction indicated.
6.
Turn on the power and press the small button on the right to select coffee.
7.
When the green light comes on, turn left to the coffee position. The coffee machine can automatically extract coffee. Note that after the green light turns off, return to the position in time, and extract again after the green light turns on again.
8.
Pour the chilled milk into the glass and stir well. Add ice cubes until the cup is six or seven minutes full.
9.
Add the extracted coffee to granulated sugar or no sugar, and let it cool for later use.
10.
Use a fork or spoon against the edge of the cup and slowly inject the coffee liquid to create a layering effect. (A larger tilt angle is more conducive to stratification)
11.
The layering effect is not bad.
12.
Stir well while drinking.
Tips:
Milk must be iced in advance, and use a spoon or fork to assist when pouring coffee, so as to create a layering effect
