When I first saw this little biscuit, it felt like a macaron.
The small tiramisu biscuits are very crispy when they are just out of the oven, and the fillings are fragrant and mellow, which is very attractive.
Put it in the fresh-keeping box and refrigerate it before tasting it has a special flavor. It is indeed like a soft cookie. The biscuits are blended with the aroma of cheese and the mellow coffee, which is even more addictive.

10. Put the dough on the silicone chopping board and divide it into 3 pieces

11. Roll the dough into strips

12. Divide into small doses of 15 grams;

13. Take a small piece, knead it into a circle, press it into a small cake, and place it in a baking tray;

15. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, and roast the middle layer on the upper and lower fire for 14 minutes;

17. Then add powdered sugar and stir evenly;

18. Put a little coffee powder on it, just a little bit is enough;

19. Put the stuffing into the piping bag;

20. Squeeze fillings on the biscuits;

21. Then cover with another small biscuit;

22. Do all

23. Sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface for decoration.

24. Enjoy a good afternoon with your family.

Tips:

The butter has to be softened before being sent, so that it will be more delicate.
The egg liquid should be added in batches, each time it is fully absorbed before adding the next time.
Mix the baking powder, salt and flour and then sift it in, so that it can be fully stirred evenly.
There is no coffee wine at home, and vanilla extract is not added. You can add some flavor if you like.
This biscuit tastes better after the moisture regains the next day. It has a soft cookie feel, which is very good.
