Iced Osmanthus Bitter Melon

Wash the fresh bitter gourd, cut open from the middle, and scoop out the seeds and white flesh in the middle with a spoon.

Cut the bitter gourd into thin slices and chill for ten minutes in ice water.
(Note that both ice cubes and water are potable water)
3.
Add some dried sweet-scented osmanthus to the honey and pickle it for a while.
4.
Put ice cubes in the plate, put bitter gourd slices on ice, dipped in sweet-scented osmanthus honey to eat.
Is it cool and refreshing just by looking at it?
