Tips:
1. Flaxseed oil is the oil extracted from linseed. Flaxseed (flaxseed or linseed), also known as flax seed, is the seed of flax, an annual or perennial herbaceous plant of the flax family and the genus Linseed. Linseed oil retains almost all the nutrients in the flaxseed, has a refreshing and non-greasy taste, and is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids.
2. Don't squeeze iced vegetables too hard, as iced vegetables are easy to squeeze.
