Icing Peanuts

Put the peanuts in the oven and roast at 150°C for about ten minutes. When they smell the aroma again, take them out and set aside.

Pour the starch into the wok, fry over low heat, and set aside

Wash the wok clean and pour some water

Pour the sugar in a 2:1 ratio, stir with a spatula to help the sugar melt, and burn until large bubbles are formed

Pour the peanuts in, stir fry a little, so that all the peanuts are covered with syrup

When the sugar juice is wrapped around the peanuts, sift in the dry starch while stirring.
Stir-fry until the peanuts are evenly coated with starch and separated into granules. After the heat is turned off, it will be crispy
Tips:
1. Don't put oil when making frosted peanuts.
2. If there are peanuts stuck together, you can use your hands to help open them.
