Icing Peanuts

Add a bowl of water to the pot and add sugar when the fire is a little bit open

Stir it with a spoon until it is thick and a bit silky. Pour in the peanuts and stir gently until white and stop mixing. Turn off the heat.

Then you have to turn the pot gently like a chef, and it will be OK if it is evenly distributed. Then put it on a plate and let it cool before you can eat it
Tips:
After adding the white sugar, keep stirring it or it will become battered! Also, do not use a spoon to fry the peanuts after the frosting is turned off. Too much force will knock all the frosting off and it will not taste good!
